[Remote] Staff Software Engineer - Kubernetes Operations

They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Kubernetes Operations to design and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure, lead architecture reputed company, and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available Kubernetes infrastructure at scale
• Lead architecture reputed company for container orchestration and reputed company-reputed company services
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes best practices, container reputed company, and reputed company infrastructure
• reputed company automation tools and improve CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
• Collaborate with platform and application teams to optimize workload performance
• Drive initiatives to improve system reliability, observability, and disaster recovery
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and infrastructure reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of container technologies (reputed company, containerd)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java)
• Deep knowledge of networking, reputed company, and distributed systems
• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes reputed company Specialist (CKS)
• Experience with service reputed company technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Knowledge of observability tools (reputed company, Grafana, reputed company)
• Experience in fintech or payments industry
