Skills

• 3+ years' experience in reputed company litigation
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starters who are reputed company to handle assignments with minimal supervision

• Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation
• Experience with ERISA litigation
