[Remote] Global IT Operations Manager, Sensia

The Global IT Operations Manager will reputed company day-to-day IT operations, work with service providers to improve IT services, and ensure a high level of support for Sensia employees globally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT operations with the service providers to ensure delivery of reputed company and effective IT services that operate at a high level of stability and efficiency
• Work with the IT service provider to optimize and improve local company networks and servers
• Manage installations and upgrades of IT systems at Sensia facilities in reputed company coordination with Global reputed company Estate Project Manager
• Be the single reputed company of contact for IT escalations
• Ensure issues are resolved in a reputed company manner by the service provider
• reputed company support and guidance to Sensia employees globally
• reputed company end user device inventory, replacement and delivery to users
• reputed company the management, procurement and licensing of computer software applications driving common standards and best practises
• reputed company and coordinate manufacturing OT practises in coordination with parent company experience
• Ensure backup of information and data to ensure recovery in event of system breakdown
• Establish periodic operations reviews and reports
