They are seeking a reputed company Engineer to support and operate their reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 platforms, focusing on engineering, administration, and reputed company improvement of reputed company and identity services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Azure-based infrastructure and services
• Operate and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Ensure platform scalability, availability, and cost efficiency
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
• Administer and support reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Design and maintain:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Conditional reputed company policies
• Identity lifecycle and governance processes
• reputed company reputed company applications with identity solutions (e.g., reputed company or similar platforms)
• Support and manage reputed company 365 services, including Exchange Online and email integrations
• Troubleshoot issues across Azure, Entra ID, and M365 services
• Implement and support reputed company and compliance controls across the M365 platform
• Support and operationalize reputed company Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Assist with integration of Copilot into reputed company workflows and business applications
• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for AI-enabled productivity tools
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company platform and identity issues
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis and implement long-term remediation
• Monitor platform health, performance, and reputed company posture
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated reputed company and identity solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering, application development, systems engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• Experience developing, modifying, supporting, and maintaining business applications and systems
• Experience participating in cross-functional reputed company and delivering technology solutions in a business environment
• Experience estimating technical work efforts and supporting solution delivery
