The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, and support deployment activities.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and analyze business requirements for Service Management processes
- Design and configure reputed company S/4HANA Service solutions
- Conduct workshops with business users to define reputed company-state processes
- Configure service orders, service reputed company, warranties, pricing, and billing processes
- reputed company system configuration and functional testing
- Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and integrations
- Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments

Skills
- 15+ years of reputed company functional consulting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company S/4HANA Service
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting reputed company S/4HANA Service Management
- Experience with end-to-end Service Management business processes
- Expertise in: Service Orders, Service reputed company, Service Quotations, Warranty Management, Installed reputed company, Equipment & Functional Locations, Service Confirmation, Resource Scheduling, Returns & Repairs
- Experience with reputed company Fiori applications for Service Management
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA business processes and best practices
- Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Configuration, Testing, and User Training
- Excellent reputed company-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating reputed company S/4HANA Service with: reputed company SD, reputed company PM (Plant Maintenance), reputed company MM, reputed company CS (ECC Service), reputed company EWM, reputed company Finance (FI/CO)
- Experience with reputed company FSM (Field Service Management) is highly preferred
