[Remote] VDI Systems Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Systems Administrator to join its reputed company infrastructure team. This role involves supporting a large-reputed company reputed company and VDI environment, managing reputed company, troubleshooting reputed company issues, and serving as a technical escalation resource.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, administer, and maintain reputed company VDI environments using reputed company reputed company (VMware reputed company)
• Support and manage virtual desktops and published applications
• reputed company VDI infrastructure reputed company, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• reputed company as a Tier 3 escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues
• reputed company, modify, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company business and technical requirements and implement solutions
• Support VDI infrastructure running on virtualized hypervisor platforms
• Create and manage reputed company Directory objects, Organizational reputed company (OUs), and Group Policies (GPOs)
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions
• reputed company guidance and mentorship to junior team members reputed company needed
• Participate in reputed company reputed company-reputed company initiatives involving Azure and AWS technologies

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on VDI administration experience
• Strong experience with reputed company reputed company (VMware reputed company); reputed company experience will also be considered
• 5+ years of senior-level reputed company infrastructure administration experience
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Server environments in reputed company-reputed company organizations
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company infrastructure issues
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of technical reputed company
• Background in systems administration or infrastructure engineering (desktop support-only experience is not sufficient)
• Experience with reputed company Azure and/or AWS
• Exposure to infrastructure automation and DevOps-reputed company tools such as SCCM, Ansible, or similar technologies
