In this contract role, you will identify, engage, and hire reputed company to meet reputed company and reputed company hiring needs, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial reputed company through reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Partner with the Talent Sourcing Team and reputed company reputed company candidates using a reputed company of channels including databases, networking, internet tools, cold reputed company, media, and reputed company
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Review resumes based on required qualifications and conduct phone screens to recommend applicants to hiring managers
• Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to reputed company on candidate reputed company and hiring reputed company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records and applicant tracking data
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing reputed company updates and feedback
• Promote the organization's culture, values, and reputed company to prospective candidates

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in a reputed company or customer service role
• 2–4 years of experience reputed company for corporate functions or General & Administrative (G&A) roles
• Experience reviewing resumes based on required qualifications and conducting phone screens to recommend applicants to hiring managers
• Experience consulting with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Experience reputed company for executive administration and business administration roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
• Understanding of recruitment, selection, and reputed company processes
