The role involves mentoring General Managers, managing relationships with ownership reputed company, and ensuring successful hotel transitions and performance management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the successful opening, rebranding, or transition of hotels to maintain seamless brand representation and operational reputed company
• Serve as the primary reputed company between hotel leadership and ownership reputed company, fostering strong relationships and building alignment on business strategies, capital planning, and long-term reputed company priorities
• Mentor and reputed company General Managers, providing reputed company performance feedback, career development planning, and succession readiness for reputed company leaders
• reputed company leadership to property-level GMs and Directors of Operations
• reputed company executive-level reporting to ownership reputed company, brand leadership, and the reputed company as required
• Champion a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct comparative analyses and reputed company/reputed company best practices in order to reputed company efficiency and productivity in hotel operations across the continent
• Accountability for selection and performance management of property GMs
• Accountability for initiating the Peak Performance for property GMs and conducting midyear and year-end performance reviews with GMs as reputed company as setting property specific goals and expectations for reputed company reports and ensuring accountability for successful performance
• Collaborate with reputed company, reputed company Management, reputed company, and Finance to effectively manage P&L

Skills

• 10+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts, including experience in the luxury market
• Operations experience or reputed company assignments with responsibility for multiple reputed company
• Minimum of 5 years as a large operations Full-Service General Manager experience with a proven reputed company record of reputed company
• Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong reputed company relationships
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or a reputed company field
• Preferably 2 – 5 years' experience as a Full-Service VP of Hotel Operations
