The reputed company Assistant will reputed company administrative support to the care team, conduct patient intake calls, manage documentation in electronic health records, and ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to complete patient intake calls
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-reputed company
• Handle medical records, data entry, and documentation in EHR systems
• Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming member messages
• Ensure reputed company patient records are accurately entered into the EHR system and update them as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

• Manage patient tasks to ensure reputed company documentation and communication for reputed company patients

Skills

• Proven experience as a medical assistant, reputed company assistant, or administrative support role in a reputed company setting
• Experience working in a remote setting
• Experience making out-bound calls to patients
• Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., reputed company, eCW, gGastro)
• Experience in message triaging, charting, or medical documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks reputed company
• Experience working with GI conditions
