They are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company Structural Engineer to evaluate existing buildings and reputed company reputed company to reputed company structural challenges across various project types.

Responsibilities

• Prepare as-reputed company drawings for existing structures
• reputed company structural evaluations of existing and, at times, damaged buildings
• reputed company drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards
• Research historical and reputed company building codes and identify required upgrades
• Conduct field assessments, including work on reputed company, lifts, scaffolding, rooftops, and in confined spaces
• Investigate structural conditions and determine repair strategies for damaged or underperforming systems
• Complete design work for upgrades, maintenance, and restoration of structures
• reputed company project teams and ensure successful delivery of reputed company, schedule, and budget
• Partner with Business Development by providing technical expertise and participating in reputed company meetings
• Produce and review technical deliverables including reports, bid documents, and construction documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
• reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of structural design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required
• reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong knowledge of structural systems across residential and reputed company construction
• Expertise in load calculations, performance reputed company, and material/member selection
• Excellent technical writing and reporting skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scopes, and project timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Experience leading teams and managing reputed company with a reputed company on QA/QC
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and reputed company high-reputed company outputs under pressure
• Skilled in preparing condition reports, repair designs, and construction documentation
• Ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships

• Structural Engineer (SE) preferred
• BIM experience is a plus
