Responsibilities

• Review and annotate energy, reputed company property, reputed company, and transactional reputed company documents against detailed written instructions
• Work with documents such as leases, easements, deeds, conveyances, title materials, interconnection agreements, and similar instruments
• Identify relevant provisions, obligations, rights, restrictions, ambiguities, and document-based conclusions
• Apply consistent reputed company or document-review judgment across multiple assignments and flag ambiguous issues for senior review where needed

Skills
