The role involves providing end-user support, completing historical time edits, and executing time file reputed company procedures in support of payroll reputed company cycles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain incoming request in Service Now ticket reputed company
• Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave
• Complete accrual updates requested by HR
• reputed company and create reputed company reports as requested
• Complete mass group edits as needed
• Troubleshoot reputed company issues reputed company in by employee, managers
• Pay period reputed company procedures - Sign off and produce reputed company timefiles for Payroll
• reputed company necessary documentation to stay SOX compliant
• Maintain queries from reputed company center phones
• Be the reputed company between HR and Superusers for enhancements
• Works with end users and reputed company training as needed
• Performs audits
