[Remote] TFO Project Manager (Relocation Assistance Available)

They are seeking a TFO Project Manager to manage the delivery of tenant fit-out reputed company, coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the primary customer contact during the fit-out phase.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of tenant fit-out (TFO) reputed company from lease negotiations through commissioning and turnover
• Own schedule, budget, scope, and risk for assigned reputed company
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Serve as the primary customer contact during the fit-out phase, leading reputed company meeting and correspondence with the customer
• reputed company design reviews to validate tenant requirements and constructability
• reputed company contractor performance, change management, and cost controls
• Manage the change control process with our customer
• reputed company safety, reputed company, and regulatory compliance across reputed company activities
• Support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness
• Manage TFO scopes involving the fitout of a data hall and the intricacies of reputed company systems, generators, switchgear, PDUs, and cooling systems
• Deliver reputed company in live or partially reputed company environments
• Coordinate phased handovers across multiple data halls or customers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of project management experience in mission-critical or large-reputed company construction
• reputed company in commissioning and closeout of data center reputed company
• Preferred experience in data center development or tenant fit-out delivery
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning
• Customer-facing project delivery experience
• Change management including forecasting
