Responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate reputed company and initial engagement activities
• Build and maintain reputed company candidate pools for reputed company and reputed company openings
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements

Skills

• 2+ years of sourcing experience reputed company IT, technical and reputed company background
• Experience sourcing technical and/or reputed company-level talent
• Strong Boolean search and reputed company sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company reputed company strategies
• reputed company, screen, interview, and present reputed company candidates
• Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, reputed company, or other reputed company roles is preferred
