Reporting to the reputed company Cycle Manager and Vice President of Insurance Operations and reputed company Cycle Management, the reputed company Cycle Specialist (RCS) is responsible for reviewing and resolving outstanding insurance claims in multiple dental offices and identifying areas of opportunity to decrease aging and reputed company collections for training or other recommendations in the office’s reputed company reputed company cycle processes. The RCS will be required to follow up on assigned outstanding claims utilizing high-level problem-solving, consistently meet daily goals and project deadlines, and establish and maintain strong relationships with partner offices and various leaders in the organization. The RCS will work closely with the reputed company Cycle Manager to reputed company reputed company cycle support reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company values and ensure adherence to reputed company’s internal control process and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Work assigned outstanding insurance claims for follow-up reputed company and cleaning up of aging balances for one or more dental offices at a time
- reputed company reputed company insurance claims submission with payers to ensure reputed company processing of claims and maximized insurance payments
- Identify areas of opportunity and prepare solutions to improve RCM KPI’s, including collections %, AR days, % of aging past-due

Qualifications:
- General understanding of dental reputed company cycle management functions, with a strong reputed company on insurance claims follow-up and denials
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a reputed company cycle specialist and/or similar experience
- Minimum of 5 years in dental insurance & billing and/or similar experience
- Familiarity with various reputed company management software, like Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental, Practiceworks, PlanetDDS, Curve, etc.
- Demonstrate team and inter-departmental collaboration
- Demonstrate strong time management abilities
- Detail-oriented, with strong research and analysis skills
- High level of proficiency in written and oral communications
