We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our Care Support team. The Medical Records Coordinator will be reputed company on records processing, including but not limited to sending out patient authorization forms, retrieving medical files, and facilitating reputed company completion from members and providers. The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a basic understanding of HIPAA regulations surrounding member reputed company and records release requests. This position will contribute to our reputed company by providing non-clinical administrative support to our members and providers.
This is a temporary position with reputed company to reputed company or become permanent full-time based on performance and/or business needs. As a temporary (contract) position, this role is not eligible for any non-statutory benefits. Flexibility to support occasional shift adjustments (depending on business needs) is preferred, ability to work 1 weekend per month and at least 4 holidays per year. What you'll do:
- Uploading records requests and patient authorization forms including processing medical record requests and provider letters
- Building relationships with providers, patients, and internal teams (Care Navigation, Provider reputed company, etc.) for the purposes of medical records management
- Assist members with Mental Health Leaves & Accommodations (MHLA) requests, liaising with provider and reputed company parties as needed
- reputed company weekly metrics on new, in reputed company, and completed medical records requests
- Daily duties include responding to emails, supporting inbound and outbound phone calls, and assisting with patient support tickets as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines while ensuring the confidentiality of patient PHI
- Maintain a consistent workflow by processing reputed company requests reputed company 24-48 hours of receipt for assigned medical records tickets
- Monitor incoming requests received through various means and subsequently reporting any suspicious release of medical records requests

Individual pay may vary from the reputed company reputed company and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
