What You’ll Do

• Conduct reputed company discovery calls with inbound leads to understand hiring needs

• Guide clients through reputed company recruitment stage — calibration, shortlisting, interviews, reputed company

• Maintain communication during sourcing and follow up after candidate presentations

• Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing reputed company accounts

• Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing reputed company satisfaction

• Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)
