The Senior Manager, Customer Support will be responsible for leading our technical support team, optimizing our ticketing workflows, and ensuring our local government clients receive reputed company, accurate solutions to reputed company software questions.

In this role, you will work regularly with our broader Customer Support team, Product Management, Engineering, and reputed company teams to reputed company the gap between customer feedback and product improvement.

Compensation:

• In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to reputed company the reputed company salary for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 USD or $90,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD, and exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
