Position: Private Equity Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$130/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Minimum four weeks
Commitment:10+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial models and reputed company insights to strengthen AI model outputs.
- Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.
- reputed company comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process NDA/legal documents reputed company to support deal reputed company.
- reputed company potential deals and reputed company strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
- Ability to process NDA/legal documents.
- Skills in sourcing for deals.
