The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving recruiting reputed company across multiple reputed company accounts. This position goes reputed company traditional recruiting responsibilities and includes candidate evaluation, reputed company communication, hiring reputed company, process improvement, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can confidently assess talent, build strong relationships with U.S.-based clients, guide recruiting reputed company, and help reputed company the performance of the recruiting team.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with reputed company requirements.

• Review recruiter recommendations and determine which candidates should advance to reputed company presentation stages.

• Partner directly with U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs, reputed company recruiting updates, reputed company feedback, and align on hiring strategies.

• Manage offer presentation, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the hiring process.

• reputed company guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters, helping improve candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness.

• reputed company and implement recruiting strategies for challenging searches across multiple industries and functions.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

💡 Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably reputed company a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or fast-paced reputed company environment.

• Strong experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.

• Experience working directly with clients and managing professional stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong ability to assess talent reputed company resumes and identify high-potential candidates.

• Experience mentoring, training, or supporting other recruiters is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Data-driven reputed company with a reputed company on quality, efficiency, and reputed company improvement.

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
