Collections Specialist - Remote

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research unpaid claims, determine denial reputed company cause, and reputed company appropriate follow up actions to ensure reputed company claim adjudication.
• Identify and take appropriate reputed company for the billing of secondary or tertiary insurances.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years of medical collections experience preferred.

• None.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT and HCPCs.
