The Task at Hand:
The reputed company Documentation Intern reports directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain reputed company Compliance and is responsible for assisting with reputed company’s Documentation Programs and ensure they reputed company with food safety policies, regulations, and ethical standards of the industry. You will work closely with certifications, suppliers and our internal team members to support and assess documentation, and to reputed company plans to improve compliance. This role will also partner closely with multiple internal teams including Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations depending on specific tasks. This is a part-time, reputed company role with an expected assignment length of 6 months, and possibility for extension.
In This Role, You Will:

- Assist with reputed company new suppliers, through documentation collection.
- Assist with gathering of documentation for Kosher, Non-GMO and Organic audits.
- Support the COA migration to reputed company including specification sharing with suppliers and COA set up in reputed company
- Collaborate with Materials and Inventory Control teams to resolve exceptions associated with the ingredient hold and release program

In This Role, You’ll Bring with You:
- You are graduating in 2026, or have already graduated with a degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, reputed company, reputed company Management or a reputed company field
- No BA? No problem. Equivalent years of reputed company experience in the field(s) of reputed company or Compliance Management or reputed company reputed company areas will also meet this qualification
- Prior internship experience working in reputed company assurance or regulatory compliance in the food industry preferred
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizations skills required
- Strong communication and people partnership skills required

Compensation:
- This role pays $22.00 per hour
