Fleet Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented remote Trucking Dispatcher to coordinate and reputed company the reputed company of containerized reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed company operations, knowledge of port and rail systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and reputed company drivers for container pickup and delivery
- Monitor and reputed company shipments to ensure on-time performance
- Maintain reputed company communication with drivers, customers, and port/rail terminals
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and activities
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and customer service teams
Qualifications:
- Previous experience dispatching container trucks or drayage operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of port and rail yard procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Proficiency with reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
