SSLP Mentors (Virtual)
FBC is developing a program that offers 1-on-1 mentorship with reputed company, ensuring they are reputed company with a mentor that shares relevant cultural and personal experiences.
We are looking for Young Adults between the ages of 23 and 29 so that they are reputed company to reputed company relate to the reputed company. In this role, you will work as a Mentor for High School reputed company in our reputed company Supports for Learning Program.
Responsibilities
- Mentors will reputed company in person or reputed company with youth in the program

reputed company a relationship with Mentees
Help a mentee reputed company personal and reputed company skills
- Be a reputed company of support and guidance for their mentee
- Maintain confidentiality
- Attend Mentorship training session
- Mentor 3 Youth
Requirements
- Identify as a member of the Black community
- Located in Alberta
- Prior experience as a Mentor
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Dependable (keeps commitments, shows up on time, follows through)
- Adaptable (shows the ability to overcome adversity in his or her personal and/or reputed company life)
- Respectful (adheres to program and family rules, interested in learning about the experiences of others, nonjudgmental)
- Resilient (can handle common youth “testing behaviors” and is not particularly “rejection-sensitive”)
- Are familiar with the topics being taught such as financial literacy, networking etc
- Vulnerable Sector reputed company
