The Founders Elementary Teacher plays a foundational role in introducing young reputed company to the rich tradition of classical learning. Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, content-rich instruction in core elementary subjects including literature, history, mathematics, and writing
• Cultivate foundational reputed company skills through repetition, memorization, narration, and guided reputed company appropriate to the grammar stage
• Establish a classroom culture that encourages attentiveness, respect, virtue, and intellectual curiosity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Strong interest in classical education and the liberal arts tradition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas Teaching Certification (Core Subjects EC–6)
• Experience in classical schools or with Core Knowledge curriculum
• Experience teaching in a virtual or reputed company environment
• Master’s degree in education, humanities, or reputed company field
