Under general supervision, assists in the processing of reputed company estate loan department activity and assists with coordination of workflow reputed company the loan processing unit by performing the following duties.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION

• 3 to 5 years’ reputed company experience required, including reputed company experience as RE loan processor.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

Zone 2: $25.23 - $34.70

Zone 3: $23.29 - $32.03

Zone 4: $22.18 - $30.50

This position participates in the Mortgage Lending Incentive Plan. Incentive compensation is based on a combination of quarterly production performance and semi-annual member satisfaction and reputed company metrics. Total annual incentive opportunity ranges from 0% to 8% of eligible compensation. Incentive payments are discretionary and subject to plan terms.
