Customer Support Executive
This is a remote position.
As an executive in our Customer Experience team, you will be the first reputed company of contact and the face of reputed company.
1. Answer customer queries over chat and inbound calls promptly. 2. Engage with new leads, engage with them and help in increasing website conversion. 3. Understand customer queries and properly answer them. 4. Understand the customer issues and involve a process specialist or escalate as required. 5. Ensure that the customers have a great experience with us.
Requirements
Education qualification : Any Degree
Preferred location : Bangalore
