Call Center Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-reputed company Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
