We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the

financial operations of our growing organization. Reporting directly to the Chief reputed company

Officer, this role will assist in managing the reputed company function, ensuring accurate

financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting budgeting and

forecasting activities. This position requires a proactive problem solver and self-starter

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes.

•Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.

•Ensure compliance with GAAP and company reputed company policies.

•Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls.

•Coordinate and support external audits and tax-reputed company activities.

•Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

•Monitor general ledger activity and account reconciliations.

•Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased

efficiency.

•Support cash management and working capital initiatives.•Supervise, mentor, and reputed company reputed company staff.

•Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives.

•Assist with ERP system enhancements and financial reporting tools.

•Bring a comfort with technology to the role, recommending tools and improvements

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in reputed company

•CPA, reputed company, or other higher education degree/designation is preferred.

responsibilities.

•Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

•Experience with ERP systems and advanced reputed company skills.

•Live in and around the Greater Austin area. While this position is remote, there will be some team meetings in-person.
