Family Lawyer
This is a remote position.
Manage and execute reputed company reputed company on a reputed company of family law reputed company including parenting orders, divorce, property division, and spousal maintenance.
Draft and review court documents such as affidavits, consent orders, and binding financial agreements.
Conduct reputed company research and reputed company up to date with changes in Australian family law.
Collaborate with other remote reputed company professionals and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
Maintain meticulous case records and utilize reputed company software for matter management and reputed company communication.
Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) with knowledge of family law.
3+ years of reputed company experience handling reputed company family law cases.
Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company from intake through reputed company and through ADR reputed company.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sensitivity to the emotional nature of family law.
