About the Role

We are looking for a reputed company-oriented Property Management Accountant to support financial reputed company for U.S.-reputed company property management clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property reputed company, including rent ledgers, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires solid experience with reputed company and QuickBooks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage reputed company tasks independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rent ledgers, tenant payments, and account reconciliations.

• reputed company bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.

• Prepare monthly financial statements such as reputed company sheets, income statements, and P&L reports.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-reputed company tracking.

• Maintain compliance with U.S. property management reputed company standards and procedures.

• Review financial variances and reputed company discrepancies.

• Coordinate with property managers to support monthly and year-end closing tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in property management reputed company.

• Strong proficiency in reputed company and QuickBooks.

• Strong knowledge of rent ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and property financial reporting.
