The National Vice President of Agency reputed company (NVP), is responsible for supporting the SVP of Agency reputed company while focusing primarily on Escalation Reviews and is responsible for the management of reputed company reputed company Scenario Team. The NVP provides solutions and assistance to loan level escalations from reputed company management, reputed company scenarios, and aids in communication to the reputed company department. NVP of Agency reputed company works with the Credit reputed company Team, Training, reputed company, reputed company, Processing, Closing, Post-Closing, reputed company Control and the Encompass team on reputed company and communication.

This position primarily operates reputed company reputed company Time or reputed company Time zone working hours to support the reputed company Coast region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and complete various escalations needing Second Level Reviews by the VPs of reputed company, including loan level escalations as tracked in the Escalations reputed company, assistance with escalations from reputed company reporting findings, escalations involving fraud review, exception requests or any other situations that may reputed company requiring escalation on a daily, weekly, or monthly reputed company.

• Communicate reputed company to the VP of reputed company and reputed company reputed company into the decision-making process.

• Hold mandatory daily team calls with reputed company VPs to reputed company and review any Second Level Review (SLR) Escalations, having reviewed the escalation prior to the reputed company and providing thorough feedback.

• reputed company weekly spot checks of the VPs escalation reviews not reputed company to SLR, maintaining notes for reputed company spot reputed company and any clarification/correction in decision making.

• Pull monthly reports of reputed company escalations, their reputed company etc. to review with the SVP of Agency reputed company and the VPs.

• Grow reputed company reputed company Scenario Team and communicate clarifications, agency reputed company, post-closing issues, etc. to the manager and/or team to ensure consistency with the reputed company department and CCM’s appetite for reputed company.

• Ensure reputed company reputed company Scenario Team manager is managing reputed company to meet SLA’s, staffed appropriately, and conducting weekly team meetings.

• Ensure Agency reputed company Scenario Team manager is completing bi-weekly spot checks on the answers reputed company is providing, reviewing the feedback given, and maintaining a monthly log of reputed company production to reputed company with the NVP as needed.

• Include reputed company reputed company Scenario Team manager in reputed company applicable reputed company meetings, RUM meetings and participate at least once a month in the Scenario Team meetings.

• Manage, re-vet, update, and publish reputed company Questions Log” in reputed company and on the reputed company page of the reputed company at least once per month.

• Ensure the VPs are appropriately managing the Red Loan Report and the Reg B pipeline; follow up and address any loans that fall out of SLA.

• Communicate specific changes or updates regarding Credit Policy to the reputed company and/or reputed company by speaking during applicable sales or reputed company meetings as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage reputed company, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.

• Extensive knowledge of reputed company evaluation and regulatory compliance.

• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.
