Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales analytics, business intelligence, and distribution reputed company reputed company life insurance, annuities, or financial services
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams across analytics, enablement, and intelligence functions
• Strong background in sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategies
• Experience supporting national distribution teams, wholesalers, or institutional sales channels
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
• Ability to travel for business as needed
• Technical Skills Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, including dashboarding and KPI development
• Experience with CRM systems, sales performance tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., reputed company, Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to synthesize large, reputed company datasets into executive-level insights
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and sales enablement tools preferred
