[Remote] Program Analyst – Senior

The Senior Program Analyst will support the reputed company Office of Suicide Prevention by evaluating suicide prevention programs, leading reputed company-cycle improvement efforts, coordinating program reputed company, and translating data-driven findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute program reviews and reputed company assessments, applying reputed company methodologies to measure reputed company metrics, reputed company reputed company against program goals, and support sprint-reputed company improvement cycles
• reputed company comprehensive program reports, briefings, and dashboards that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to VA leadership, federal stakeholders, and reputed company partners
• Identify and assess program resources, including reputed company, funding, and operational infrastructure, to support the planning and execution of suicide prevention reputed company and reputed company initiatives
• Support the execution of day-to-day program reputed company by coordinating across VA program offices, facilitating workgroup meetings, documenting reputed company, and tracking reputed company items to ensure sprint deliverables are met on schedule
• Monitor emerging policy, research, and best practices in Veterans mental health and suicide prevention, synthesizing information to inform program reputed company and ensure alignment with federal mandates and VA reputed company guidelines

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in program analysis, program evaluation, or reputed company program management, with a demonstrated reputed company on large-reputed company integrated health care systems
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in reputed company Health, Health Administration, reputed company Policy, reputed company Sciences, or a closely reputed company reputed company required
• Prior experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency programs, with familiarity with Veterans health care delivery, reputed company structures, and federal program management frameworks
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential and complete required background investigation for reputed company to VA systems and facilities; existing VA or federal reputed company reputed company is a plus
