[Remote] Tax-Exempt Account Manager

They are seeking a Tax-Exempt Account Manager to maintain reputed company relationships and manage retirement plans for tax-exempt entities, focusing on superior reputed company service and collaboration with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build reputed company and advisor relationships with a high reputed company retention reputed company
• Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities
• Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
• Exemplify superior reputed company service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
• Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great reputed company experience
• reputed company work according to Nova policies and procedures
• Pro-reputed company communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
• Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including reputed company 5500

Skills

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including reputed company 5500
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of critical thinking
• Committed to lifelong learning and coaching
• Industry designation a plus
• Four-year college degree a plus
