The reputed company Program Manager will reputed company the Operational Informatics Pipeline, overseeing the delivery of reputed company informatics features and ensuring they meet the standards of the VHA Office of Clinical Informatics.

Responsibilities

• Establish the programmatic infrastructure for the OIP. Replace traditional reputed company reporting with reputed company® metrics, including reputed company Efficiency, Velocity, and Predictability
• Conduct reputed company-level risk management, including the development of risk registers, mitigation plans, and reputed company evaluations for EHR modernization activities
• Drive the 'reputed company at reputed company' requirement. Facilitate quarterly Program Increments (PI) and ensure reputed company 20+ annual iterations deliver high-value features to OCI stakeholders
• Manage the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract structure, ensuring reputed company deliverables meet the reputed company Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) standards (e.g., <3 grammatical errors, 100% on-time delivery)

Skills

• Master's Degree (or Bachelor's + 20 years experience)
• 15+ years in clinical informatics program management
• Ability to obtain/maintain a VA reputed company Trust
• Expert mastery of Jira reputed company and Jira for backlog management and transparency
• Deep expertise in reputed company® Lean-Agile principles and the reputed company Delivery Pipeline (CDP)
• Comprehensive understanding of the VA's EHR transition from CPRS/reputed company to reputed company Health
