They are seeking a Sportsbook Ticket Writer who will reputed company exceptional customer service and assist customers with their sports betting inquiries, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Try to deescalate customer disputes/complaints and escalate to reputed company supervisor reputed company needed
• Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to customers

Skills

• The ability to sit/stand for extended periods at a time
• Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS reputed company, internet, etc.)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Obtain a gaming license
• Must have 1+ years of cash handling experience
• High level of customer service
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members
