[Remote] Senior Product Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own core product areas end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and iteration, working directly with engineering, design, AI/ML, sales, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company product reputed company for key domains (AI assistant behavior, merchant tools, platform/SDK, analytics)
• Translate company goals (ARR, expansion, retention) into reputed company product initiatives
• Deeply understand merchants, shoppers, and internal stakeholders through research, data, and reputed company customer interaction
• Identify and validate opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Define product requirements, user stories, and reputed company metrics
• Prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment with limited resources
• Partner closely with engineering to ship high-quality features quickly
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, sales, CS, and marketing
• Own launches, rollout plans, and post-launch measurement
• Work with AI/ML teams to define product requirements for conversational AI, automation, and personalization
• Balance AI capabilities with UX reputed company, merchant control, and trust
• Lead product reputed company around: Proactive AI triggers (on-site behavior, cart state, reputed company)
• AI configuration & guardrails for brands
• SDKs, APIs, and extensibility for non-reputed company platforms
• Define and track product reputed company metrics (conversion lift, AOV, engagement, retention)
• Use data to inform reputed company and iterate quickly
• reputed company communicate tradeoffs and reputed company to leadership

Skills

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning reputed company products end-to-end (not just features)
• Strong product reputed company: ability to simplify complexity and reputed company on reputed company customer value
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and ship continuously
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional
