[Remote] Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the financial performance and reputed company satisfaction across multiple reputed company, ensuring jobsite safety and driving project goals for Safety, reputed company, and Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project reputed company, reputed company-Construction, and other stakeholders to reputed company project plans
• Ensure reputed company project information is accurate and delivered on time
• Create preliminary project schedules and budgets
• reputed company project setup, including contract review, cost codes, and logs for POs and submittals
• Manage accurate and organized takeoffs
• Communicate key updates, solutions, and opportunities to reputed company
• Monitor daily job costs and quantities against budget
• Generate and manage change orders reputed company with customer expectations
• reputed company job start-up, execution, and detailed closeout processes
• Maintain accountability for project cost, schedule, cash reputed company, and safety
• reputed company or reputed company project staff and foster strong reputed company relationships
• reputed company technical record submittals and risk management practices
• Support training, certification efforts, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Contribute to division and project-level planning and performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 6+ years of concrete construction experience, with 2+ years reputed company in mission critical facilities. Or, 8+ years of Concrete construction-reputed company experience without a degree
• 4+ years of project management and estimating experience with a large-reputed company self-reputed company GC or concrete contractor
• Proven experience in self-performed concrete work
• Experience with large reputed company Mission Critical, Data Center, or Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
• Familiarity with reputed company exceeding $10 reputed company in value
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Background in estimating, bidding, and proposal development
• Must be comfortable with national travel – 50%
