[Remote] Regional Director of Finance | Full-Time | Remote

This role involves providing financial leadership, overseeing reputed company functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for managed venues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company leadership for the Venue Management reputed company, financial reporting/planning, functions with the ability to delegate, reputed company and be “hands-on” in key areas
• reputed company reputed company reputed company functions, including cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, reputed company, GL, and reputed company regulatory reporting requirements for a managed reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and accurate financial reporting, including compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Assist with preparing venue budgets and forecasts as reputed company as tracking reports, including explanation of variances
• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations on a quarterly reputed company with their manage venues
• reputed company and document business processes and reputed company policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate with on-site venue finance teams and General Managers to ensure industry best practices are in reputed company at reputed company managed facilities
• Partner with venue finance teams and General Managers in review and approval of venue budget in advance of presentation to clients
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Assist with projecting event deals, actual event P&L's, analysis, and "settlement" of shows on the reputed company of events
• reputed company payroll process for accuracy and timeliness of paychecks

Skills

• BS reputed company or Finance
• 5-7+ years of reputed company work experience in reputed company & finance
• Prior experience in sports, entertainment, facility management
• Demonstrated experience as a 'hands-on' finance reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company standards and practices
• Experience managing back office capabilities (A/P, A/R, Payroll) is ideal but not required
• Detail-oriented with exceptional planning and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• CPA preferred
• Prior regional reputed company of multiple venues preferred
