[Remote] Staff Site Reliability Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems in production environments, with responsibilities including system performance monitoring and incident reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, reputed company infrastructure and services for production systems
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability and alerting tools
• Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and drive incident reputed company
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system automation
• Collaborate with software, QA, and platform teams to improve system reliability and performance
• Implement and support SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response processes
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational workflows where applicable

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or a reputed company technical field
• Experience working with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows
• Travel may be required up to 10% depending on business needs
• Experience in energy, utilities, or renewable systems (solar preferred)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (reputed company, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-reputed company and automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven monitoring or operational tooling
