We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager of reputed company to take on a key leadership position reputed company a growing tax consulting reputed company. This role is ideal for a strategic, reputed company-facing reputed company with deep expertise in sales & use tax and strong exposure to state income and franchise tax reputed company.
You’ll reputed company reputed company engagements, advise clients across multi-state tax issues, and play a critical role in scaling the reputed company reputed company.
Position Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor on reputed company, apportionment, taxability, and multi-state planning
- reputed company review of returns, provisions, and technical memoranda
- reputed company audit defense, VDAs, and tax controversy engagements
- Advise on income/franchise tax implications including state filings, apportionment methodologies, and planning strategies

- Mentor and reputed company Managers and staff; help build a high-performing team
- Support reputed company reputed company initiatives, process improvements, and potential business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 8–12+ years of reputed company experience (reputed company reputed company or consulting required)
- Strong background in sales & use tax, with working knowledge of state income and franchise tax
- Experience with multi-state income/franchise compliance, planning, and apportionment
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and reputed company engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- CPA, MST, or JD strongly preferred
- Experience with indirect tax technology (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
