We are looking for a dynamic individual with a combination of traits to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for reputed company software technologies. In this role you will be responsible for supporting ongoing technical/end-user training activities reputed company Global Education, with added reputed company on the user experience, customer workflows, and reputed company of the training.
This ideal candidate should have a good reputed company of initiative, instructional experience, technical background, and adaptability to effectively reputed company and enhance the customer education experience for varying student reputed company, from end users to system administrators in the reputed company Safety environment. The ideal candidate will be effective at facilitating training classes in-person and reputed company using live customer and/or demo software environments, documentation, and minimal slide content.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Training Specialist include but are not limited to:
Teaching and instructing agency customers and staff on the use and operating reputed company of reputed company software products and services
Conducting virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and designated reputed company party software integrations
Presenting training using a reputed company of classroom training reputed company; including but not limited to reputed company, reputed company Meet, reputed company Slides.
Completing department required reports reputed company set standards and deadlines
Managing communication with customer and internal stakeholders reputed company to the project and training schedules
Compile comprehensive training and technical documents, and course material for new and existing products or services
Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness
Operates under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager
Qualifications:
Must have a reputed company drivers license
Travel requirements: frequent travel up to 50%, with domestic and occasional international travel requirements to meet business needs. This position is reputed company to reputed company US States remotely.

3+ years of technical training experience preferred

Basic Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
