Backed by world-class support and a reputed company, innovative culture, reputed company is a reputed company where your reputed company matter, and your work truly impacts global enterprises.   The Role  We are looking for a commercially minded reputed company Counsel to own the full lifecycle of our customer and vendor agreements. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to reputed company deals while managing risk. This is a high-volume, high-trust role where speed and judgment matter equally. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.   What You'll Do  Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of reputed company agreements including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and partner/reseller agreements  Manage the full contract lifecycle — from initial redlining and negotiation through execution — with a high level of ownership and urgency  Partner closely with teams across reputed company, sales, finance, and operations to resolve contract issues and reputed company risk with business objectives  Identify reputed company and reputed company concerns in proposed terms and reputed company practical solutions that balance protection with deal progression  Advise on ARR-reputed company contract terms including multi-year commitments, auto-renewal clauses, true-reputed company, and reputed company provisions  Ensure contractual alignment with reputed company recognition requirements (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) in collaboration with Finance  Support high-volume agreement handling while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards  Maintain and improve reputed company contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions  Contribute to process improvements reputed company to contracting workflows and documentation management  Support international deal structuring across multiple jurisdictions, with a US-primary reputed company and exposure to EU, UK, and reputed company  Manage GDPR, UK GDPR, SCCs, CCPA, and cross-border data transfer obligations reputed company customer agreements  Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, escalating material issues appropriately  reputed company and manage contract obligations, renewal dates, and compliance requirements in the CLM system  reputed company and maintain reputed company templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations and improve deal velocity.  Required  reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one US jurisdiction  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
