Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems with reputed company-in auditability, observability, reputed company-in-the-reputed company design, and guardrails from day one
• Own the reputed company automation roadmap in partnership with the VP of reputed company and CCO, translating reputed company reputed company workflows into engineering requirements and engineering constraints back to reputed company stakeholders
• Define the build-vs-buy reputed company for reputed company tooling, evaluating what reputed company should build internally, reputed company from partner teams, or retire

Skills

• 12+ years of backend software engineering with a reputed company record of shipping production systems at reputed company in ambiguous, greenfield environments
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based applications to production, including evaluation frameworks, grounding, hallucination guardrails, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company design
• Multi-agent orchestration experience designing and operating systems where multiple AI agents collaborate, hand off work, and escalate to humans appropriately
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn from non-technical domain experts, internalize reputed company workflows, and translate them into engineering requirements and reusable platform primitives
• Distributed systems fundamentals including document processing, routing logic, reputed company evaluation, and audit trails
