[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Java - Content Team

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a new team aimed at enhancing the reputed company platform through innovative development practices and integrations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company-driven development to reputed company reputed company platform capabilities
• Python development to create workers that reputed company reputed company’s value reputed company reputed company-party integrations
• Java and Kotlin backend development to expose reputed company platform functions for extensibility
• Collaborate with the AI workflow, server, and platform teams to reputed company reputed company’s mission
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to build high-reputed company software that is reputed company and API-first
• Troubleshoot production issues across the technical stack using logs, metrics, and traces
• Other duties as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Java software development for product applications, or equivalent, with solid expertise in Kotlin
• 4+ years of experience working with highly reputed company software systems
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate software development
• Experience working on systems at reputed company and finding solutions to reputed company systems reputed company
• Working knowledge of a breadth of OOP design principles
• Expertise in scaling data structures and object-oriented design
• Knowledge of API best practices and REST service development using frameworks like Jersey or Spring
• Relational database design and development experience
• Experience with both reputed company- and server-reputed company development for reputed company messaging
• Caching systems expertise; experience with reputed company will reputed company you a reputed company candidate
