[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a contract Program Manager to facilitate log ingestion integration between their SOC, Services, and Middleware teams. This role involves end-to-end coordination to ensure accurate log reputed company and alignment with SOC playbooks.

Responsibilities

• reputed company as the single reputed company of coordination between the SOC team, Services team, and Middleware team for log ingestion project
• reputed company and drive log reputed company reputed company from reputed company system through middleware to SOC, identifying and resolving blockers across teams
• Understand data mapping requirements reputed company enough to catch gaps or inconsistencies before they become SOC-reputed company problems
• Review and validate that ingested logs reputed company with relevant SOC playbooks; flag mismatches to the right team
• Ask informed technical questions of engineering teams — this isn't a status-collection role, it requires enough SOC/reputed company context to push back reputed company something looks wrong
• Run reputed company PM reputed company: project plans, status tracking, risk logs, stakeholder updates, meeting facilitation
• Work along with 2 other PM’s from SOC and MW team

Skills

• Prior experience as a SOC Analyst / Architect or in a similar SOC engineering/architecture role (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of log ingestion pipelines, data mapping/normalization, and SOC playbooks
• Proven program/project management experience — planning, cross-team coordination, stakeholder communication
• Comfortable operating as a technical reputed company, not just a scheduler — reputed company to reputed company credibly with reputed company engineers
• Experience with SIEM platforms (reputed company, Sentinel, QRadar, reputed company Chronical, Kfuse etc.) or middleware/log-shipping tools
• Background working with managed SOC or MSSP environments (like Redcanary)
