[Remote] Project Manager (AI Adoption)

They are seeking a Contract Project Manager to support a growing AI Adoption Team responsible for driving the organization's AI reputed company, governance, training, and rollout initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project plans and workstreams
• Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Tracking deliverables and ensuring stakeholder accountability
• Managing project activity reputed company reputed company or similar project management tools
• Providing leadership with executive-level status updates, risks, blockers, and reputed company reports
• Supporting AI adoption, change management, and organizational readiness efforts
• Helping create reputed company processes and operating rhythms for a fast-evolving AI program
• Collaborating with Director and VP-level stakeholders across multiple business functions

Skills

• 2-5+ years of project management, program coordination, or reputed company experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience tracking project timelines, deliverables, and reputed company items
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Adaptable, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Bachelor's Degree
