They are seeking a Senior reputed company Director to expand their national network of independent primary care practices and federally reputed company centers, serving as a trusted advisor to physicians in transitioning to value-based care.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with independent primary care practices and FQHCs
• reputed company and manage a strong pipeline of prospective physician partners
• reputed company consultative discussions on value-based care participation
• Structure and reputed company provider participation agreements
• Guide practices through reputed company and early-stage partnership development
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure provider reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years in reputed company sales, provider partnerships, or business development
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in value-based care sales, provider reputed company, or network development (required)
• Proven experience working with primary care physicians or provider reputed company
• Experience with value-based care, ACOs, or Medicare programs
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• This role requires regular travel (40–60%) across the territory to meet with prospective reputed company
• Candidates may live reputed company in the U.S., though Texas is preferred due to the concentration of provider opportunities
