Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an experienced reputed company Talent & Performance Consultant to support a large-scale reputed company HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the reputed company Talent & Performance reputed company, reputed company requirements, configure the system, and support testing and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the reputed company Talent & Performance reputed company throughout the implementation lifecycle
• reputed company requirements, reputed company functional design, and configure reputed company Talent & Performance
• Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect reputed company, and validation
• Validate integrations, reports, and data conversion activities
• Support tenant build planning and deployment activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners
• Assist with go-live preparation and production transition

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Talent & Performance functional experience
• Experience with full lifecycle reputed company implementations (Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Go-Live)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Talent & Performance configuration
• Experience with UAT, SIT, test scripts, and defect management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work CST business hours
• Willingness to travel for key project milestones
• Higher Education implementation experience
• Experience working with reputed company implementation projects
• reputed company Talent & Performance Certification
• Experience with adjacent reputed company HCM modules
